Candidals To Boldly Go JW

6th April 2005 - 23rd January 2009

"GENTLEMAN, GOVERNOR, SHOW DOG, STUD DOG, PET DOG, SIRE, SON, ENTERTAINER, COMPANION AND MY BEST FRIEND."

MY darling boy was given eternal youth following his MRI scan to ensure he endured no further suffering.

Letter To Ceasar: -

MY Darling Boy,

The bond between us was like no other, and I cling to all the special memories we have.  Never have I had to endure such a tough decision to let you go, however all the reasons for you staying were for my benefit, not yours.

I talk about you rarely, the pain is just to raw, though I think about you daily and sometimes I really believe that you are with me, watching and waiting...

Wait at the bridge my darling......XXX

We Have A Secret

We have a secret, you and I, that no one else shall know, for who but I can see you lie, each night in the fire glow?

And who but I can reach my hand before we go to bed, and feel the warmth of you and touch your silken head?

And only I walk woodland paths, and see ahead of me, your large form racing with the wind, forever young, and free.

And only I can see you swim, in the brook I pass, and when I call, no one but I, can see the bending grass.                      Author Unknown

PHOTO MONTAGE

Ceasar's short but glorious life as a pictorial history

At birth....

At about 6-7 weeks, we could not get you in, you would roll about on the grass all day...

Your first ever show (Driffield) before your Mom lost loads of weight!  You won first place, I was thrilled!

Receiving your first RCC from Mr W McKay at only 15 months.

More winning show days.....

Being the best big brother any puppy could ever wish for, you never complained once, not even when their sharp teeth nipped you.

You adored your little half-sister Frankie, sharing a bed and playing for hours, she would not sleep unless it was close to you...

Tenderly cleaning little Floss....

Playmate and protector....

With your half sister Frankie and your son Forest...

And how you will always be remembered.....
